Summary:



We are currently in search of an experienced Lead Information Security Engineer to be a pivotal part of our Cloud Security Delivery Team. This role is crucial for our digital transformation initiatives, focusing on enhancing security and minimizing risks associated with our enterprise cloud migration. The selected individual will take on key engineering and policy formulation duties, particularly around Palo Alto Networks Prisma Cloud Enterprise.



Responsibilities:

• Apply your advanced skills in RQL to devise new policies aimed at identifying misconfigurations and configuration drifts in cloud resources


• Translate Information Security requirements into actionable policies in Prisma Cloud Enterprise, including the creation and modification of these policies


• Execute modifications necessary for the mitigation or resolution of issues highlighted by Prisma Cloud Enterprise scans


• Exhibit initiative and the ability to remain engaged and productive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment


• Collaborate with a distributed team spread across multiple U.S. and India locations

Must Haves:

• 5+ years in Information/Cybersecurity roles


• 1+ year of in-depth experience with Prisma Cloud Enterprise or a comparable Cloud Security Posture Management tool


• Demonstrated capability in crafting custom policies for Prisma Cloud Enterprise using RQL or similar tools


• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools like Terraform, Python, and PowerShell


• Deep understanding of cloud security pertaining to services, workloads, and best practices for hardening


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban


• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards such as CIS and NIST frameworks

Nice to Have:

• 2+ years of Kubernetes expertise


• Experience deploying security measures on Google Cloud Platform


• Proficiency in developing Build policy subtypes in Prisma Cloud Enterprise using YAML


• Understanding of DevSecOps and automated cloud deployment practices


• Familiarity with various cloud security and risk management frameworks (COBIT, CSA, FedRAMP, etc.)


• Skills in enabling auto-remediation functions within Prisma Cloud


• Experience in IAM & Data protection, particularly in monitoring and responding to incidents


• Advanced skills in API-driven automation for policy creation


• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Policy as Code (PaC) techniques and tools


• Background in handling change and incident management in medium to large organizations


• Knowledge of Splunk and/or Google Chronicle


• Security certifications like CISSP, GIAC, or equivalent


• Certifications in Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud
