High school diploma or general education degree(GED), plus a minimum of one-year office experience and one-year technical services experience or a combination of relevant education and experience

Process service requests from store locations, including troubleshooting via telephone, to verify actual service needs
Communicate service information, including expected timeframes to stores
Process, dispatch and track daily service requests from stores and main office
Organize all service projects while maintaining capital and expense budgets
Create plans, order equipment and prepare outgoing shipments for all new and remodeled stores
Manage asset protection equipment in main office, such as CCTV, X-ray machine, metal detector, keys and cores, etc.
Maintain CCTV systems settings and firmware for store systems
Manage asset protection supply depot and schedule/prepare e-cycling
Negotiate pricing with vendors on new equipment
Stamp and code all service invoicing for payment
Process employee sales
Provide backup support or jewelry asset protection security desk
Perform all other projects/tasks as assigned
Maintain flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and occasional overtime
