Job Summary
A job with Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life (OSFL) provides students the opportunity to develop project management and interpersonal communication skills in an atmosphere where creative problem-solving and collaboration with colleagues lead to the development of effective strategies to build awareness, engagement, and action from target audiences.
Department-Specific Responsibilities
Strategizes, creates, implements, and assesses OSFL Signature Programs and initiatives.
Assists with coordinating and presenting OSFL New Student Orientation Sessions.
Assists Help Desk phone, e-mail, and student walk-in correspondence, as needed.
Works closely with various members of OSFL staff.
Participates in various meetings, workshops, critiques, and brainstorming sessions as necessary.
Types, files, faxes, and photocopies as needed.
Other assigned duties as required.

Required
Currently enrolled as a student at Indiana University

Familiarity using Microsoft Office programs
Proficiency in computer data base management

Working Conditions / Demands
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
