RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Property Accountant. This role offers good work/life balance, 1/2 day Fridays during summer, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits including 100% employee paid health premiums.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare financial reporting packages at period-end.


• Analyze transactions


• Reconcile bank statement monthly


• Assist with annual operating budgets


• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree


• 2+ years of experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
