Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Process Analyst in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Process and business analysis, including business model, business process mapping, business capability mapping, solution architecture, information architecture including data mapping


• Customer value centricity with focus on benefits, costs/CBA, and viability of proposed solution


• Modeling notations: BPMN, UML, DFD, ERD, and others


• Communication, presentation, documentation for consumption at executive and operational level

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline required; Relevant certifications preferred


• 10+ years of relevant experience in transformation initiatives


• Insurance/financial services industry experience, ideally in group/workplace benefits solutions space


• Industry methodologies, standards, best practices, certifications - nice to have more than one

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
