Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a global healthcare services provider in Secaucus, NJ is currently seeking a Junior Tax Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Junior Tax Accountant will prepare check requests for co-sourced returns, estimates and extensions


• Process co-sourced returns, estimates and extensions


• Ensure the tax calendar is accurate and up to date


• Assist with tax notices


• Assist with preparation of federal 1120's and state income and franchise tax returns


• As a Junior Tax Accountant, you will assist with preparation of state income/franchise tax returns


• Assist with preparation of state tax estimates and extensions for various states


• Assist with calculation of state and local tax apportionment factors

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance


• Software knowledge of Corptax is a bonus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
