Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is actively seeking an experienced IP Paralegal for a prestigious law firm client in Raleigh, NC.


This role will work alongside the firms Intellectual Property group of attorneys and support staff.


Applicants must have the following experience for consideration:

• Domestic and international trademark prosecution experience


• Strong attention to detail


• Litigation support experience


• Knowledge of trademarks


• Patent docketing experience


• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks


• Drafting of legal documents


• Filing with courts
