Job Description:

Training Specialist


Beacon Hill is seeking a skilled Training Specialist to support our client's training programs and empower new team members for success as they expand and grow their team.


Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for training programs.
- Transform existing training materials into interactive formats to boost engagement and efficacy.
- Develop and manage role-based curriculums for new joiners, incorporating self-study resources and virtual sessions into the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist in organizing and conducting kick-off and virtual learning sessions.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of the training program, including drafting participant communications, arranging team-building activities with the Event Planning team, and overseeing training room setup, materials, and catering.


Requirements:
- +5 years of training and communications support experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and course development.
- Familiarity with interactive training development platforms such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, or Captivate.
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details:
- Contract Duration: 3+ months
- Mostly remote, with 1-2 days per month on site
- 40 hours per week during regular business hours
