Order Processing Representative at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Saint Cloud, Minnesota

Job Description:

Beacon Hill's client is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.


Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
- Perform searches, document retrieval, document preparation, and filings across different jurisdictional levels.
- Assist customers and vendors with order fulfillment, ensuring prompt and accurate execution.
- Educate clients, team members, and vendors on service offerings, processes, methodologies, and jurisdictional requirements.
- Make informed decisions to meet client expectations and needs in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction, retention, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and cost savings.
- Analyze existing procedures and processes, proposing enhancements to optimize team efficiencies and overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide training on products, jurisdictional requirements, and company databases using a consultative approach.
- Occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.


Qualifications:
- Associate degree from an accredited college/university or a minimum of one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Preferably experienced in UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, or commercial banking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong data entry skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple demands from various sources, both internal and external.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
