During the course of a day, you will

  • Expertly and accurately prepare quotes and handle change requests from sales, designers, and customers
  • Place orders with manufacturers and check what they acknowledge back to us
  • Work closely with manufacturing partners for getting current pricing, order specifications, and shipping notices
  • Track incoming shipments and keep everyone informed of any issues with manufacturing partners or other order issues
  • Meet with your team in person and on video calls
  • Follow required accounting guidelines for order approvals and order documentation and e-filing
  • Problem-solve with your team for anything that could go wrong on an order
  • Make sure the delivery crews know any special delivery instructions
  • Coordinate with delivery team on any delivery issues that need new parts, repairs or return trips scheduled
  • Work with accounting to ensure correct and complete billing to customers
  • Respond to voluminous emails with vendors, team members, and clients
  • Be in the office typically from 7:30-4:30 with standard breaks during the training period. Potential hybrid option after successfully completing training.
