(Contingent upon available funding): 39,000.00 - 51,500.00, Salary Work Schedule: Normally 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with varying hours based on project deadlines or special events. Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: The position serves the Office of Student Success and reports to the Associate Provost for Student Success. The Administrative Associate will oversee daily operations for the Office of Student Success and will be responsible for managing calendars, purchasing, travel, budget, payroll, and receptionist functions, including note taking at meetings. It will also serve as a departmental liaison to campus offices. Updates Maxient student Care Cases to include academic information regarding students with open cases. The position oversees work study office assistants and manages the communications plan for the Office of Student Success. It prepares and maintains reports related to retention and office activities. Thank you! Education & Experience Position Qualifications: Required Qualifications:High school diploma/GED and seven years of experience. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Administrative and budgetary knowledge and skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and to initiate/coordinate projects and follow through to completion. Ability to handle confidential information, with good knowledge of FERPA regulations.

Bachelor's degree
