As a Clinical Research Assistant-II, you will be heavily involved in in-person and phone/virtual behavioral and cognitive assessment and MRI scanning of an established cohort of young adult study participants as part of the National Consortium on Alcohol & Neurodevelopment in Adolescence - Adulthood (NCANDA-A). In addition to primary participant data collection, you will also assist with scheduling of participant visits, maintaining high levels of participant retention, management/tracking of participant wearable device data collection, and general data management (e.g., data entry, scoring, cleaning, and export), and other general office duties in support of the goals of the study. Experience with REDCap and Excel strongly preferred. You will be a self-starter, possessing a strong work ethic and the ability to operate independently, as well as in a team environment. Effectiveness in organizing tasks and setting priorities, meeting deadlines, multi-tasking, working efficiently with minimum oversight, interacting constructively with faculty and staff, and the ability to be adaptable, creative, and a quick learner are all necessary. As a successful Clinical Research Assistant-II, you will be an individual who appreciates the significance of data-driven methodologies and recognizes the importance of thoroughness in our research endeavors. Daytime, evening, and weekend availability will be required, as needed to meet our data collection demands. We are particularly interested in individuals willing to make a 2-year time commitment to working in the study.

Prior human research experience necessary.
The position requires sufficient computer knowledge to interface with a variety of database and statistical software, such as Excel, REDCap, SPSS, Access, and E-Prime.
Good communication and interpersonal skills are extremely important, as the incumbent will be interacting regularly with young adult research participants.
