Job Requirements:

• Work off shift; this position is for off-shift once acclimated to the environment.
• Basic understanding of PC systems
• Some understanding of LAN/WAN network infrastructure
• Experience assessing and documenting communication systems in accordance with NIST standards and best practices.
• Familiarity or basic understanding of routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, TCP and UDP
• Highly desirable- experience with Spectrum and help desk applications.
• Previous help desk or Tier 1 call center environment
• Network certifications are considered helpful.
