Position Summary:

A one-year rotational position with return to prior position. Lead or coordinate day-to-day operations of the TPC process. Work with Continuous Improvement Leader to identify opportunities, define process, develop communication and training materials, and guide teams through TPC initiatives.   • Coach teams to develop standard work and training materials to support concept application.
  • Help coach all shifts to ensure standard work is followed.
  • Ensure proper and timely documentation and communication of standard work.
  • Assist with implementation of best practices.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events as appropriate.
  • Keep current with all Kaizen events within the past six months.
  • Ensure all training materials are updated to reflect improvements
  • Ensure the local Kamishibai program has been updated to ensure changes are being sustained.
  • Support 7/30/60/90 Day reviews.
  • Ensure reviews are conducted on a timely basis.
  • Support review action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements.
  • Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the SQF 2000 Systems.
  • Accountable to the Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
