Job Description:
Summary of Duties:
- Link finance and operational tools
- RTP / In-Touch Super User
- Coordinate All Operational Storage Hardware Use & Maintenance w/ IT
- SAP Super User
- Coordinate All Temporary Labor Administrative Tasks and Associated Hardware
- Develop Technical Trainings
- Develop Digital Tools for Operational Use
- Create, Track and Display KPI Reports as Required
- Continually Improve Operational Data Management
- Assist Other Departments as required
- All other data management or development tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Preferred Business or Computer Science Associates Degree
- Minimum High School Diploma, Trade/Technical School, or equivalent actual experience
- Strong understanding and application of root cause analysis
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies and DMAIC approach to continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficient in Smart Sheet
- Proficient in Power BI Business Analytics Software
- Proficient in SharePoint
- Proficient in Sketch-Up
- Proficient in Visio
- Knowledgeable of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP
- Ability to read, write and speak well in English (Spanish a plus) and possess analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and execute instructions through strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be available for periodic in-town and long distance travel
