Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Sr. Strategic Marketing Manager in our Secure Power Division. Locations include Dallas or Boston.

In this role at Schneider Electric, the Sr. Strategic Marketing Manager, will collaborate with leaders to formulate strategies and execution plans for integrated marketing programs and campaigns that drive business growth through customer acquisition and positioning strategies. The ideal candidate is a marketing professional with a proven ability to cooperate with individuals at all levels of a matrixed organization. They should also possess a solid understanding of integrated marketing and communications, which includes marketing strategy, campaign development, experience design and execution, and content marketing and digital marketing. We are looking for an individual who thinks innovatively and is ready to challenge the status quo.

What will you do?

As a Strategic Marketing Manager in the Secure Power Division, you will contribute to the growth and development of our organization in a variety of ways, including:


  • Develop, maintain, and prioritize all marketing and communication campaign activities for our programs. Plan and manage marketing budgets, and create KPIs to measure campaign success.

  • Assist in developing relationships and strategic sponsorships with media and executive spokespeople.

  • Design and execute innovative in-person and virtual events and peer forums.

  • Collaborate with internal partners (content, program management, marketing operations) for successful campaign execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

  • Work with business lines to market offerings, by developing complementary strategies, amplifying key messages, and maximizing the impact of relevant product launches.

  • Understand target outcomes to continually monitor and adjust performance for improved impact.

  • Ensure all campaign risk and governance procedures are followed, including stakeholder, legal, risk, and brand reviews and engagements.

  • Bring innovative thinking and best practices to all marketing activities.


What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

  • Experience marketing in the data center and/or enterprise data center industry is an asset.

  • Experienced in integrated Marketing and Communication with a strong foundation in digital.

  • Good analytic skills of macro and microenvironments

  • Understanding of relevant market trends, technical products, and solutions

  • High degree of initiative and pro-active management of programs and projects

  • Able to work in a multifunctional team, and with global teams and different cultures.

  • Open to change and must embrace the concept of continuous improvement

  • Strong written and verbal communication.
