HR Manager Needed in Downey/Paramount area:

Pay 90-110K

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
* Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
* Experience with PAYCOM payroll system
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
* Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
* Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS system.
* Flexibility to switch focus between multiple projects.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
* A minimum of five years as a generalist and three years of human resources supervisory experience preferred.
* Specialized training in employment law, internal investigations. compensation, payroll, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
* Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is a plus.
