Job Description:

The eCommerce Credentialing Analyst reviews online credentialing applications and documentation for potential new clients to ensure they meet regulatory requirements for accessing consumer data.

What you'll do

• Review online applications for accuracy, including permissible purpose and how the data will be used.
• Complete searches on users and/or companies to ensure they are in good standing.
• Review Virtual Onsite Inspections to ensure the location where data will be accessed is secure.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients in need of additional information.

What experience you need

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Previous success in roles within a fast paced environment.

• Familiarity with Google Suite
