Advertising Operations Specialist

In this role, you will play a pivotal role supporting our sales team. You'll be the linchpin between our sales team and our back-end operational processes including internal teams, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of advertising solutions. This position is based in Omaha, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment where you can thrive and grow in your career.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Campaign Coordination: Monitor the end-to-end process of advertising campaigns, including sending out daily Revenue to Goal reports and tracking sales rep performance metrics such as actives, revenue, and revenue goal achievement.
  • Revenue Analysis: Investigate invoice questions and discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial transactions related to advertising initiatives.
  • Sales Tracking: Develop and maintain sales trackers for advertising initiatives and projects, monitoring progress and performance against targets.
  • Financial Management: Produce profit and loss (P&L) statements for advertising projects and publications, providing insights into financial performance and informing strategic decision-making.
  • Data Management: Pull advertising information on request, such as historical data on client advertising spend, former contract levels, and tactics used, to support sales efforts and client meetings effectively.
  • Digital Advertising Proficiency: Possess a basic understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google, Meta (formerly Facebook), and Programmatic campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Have 2+ years of experience in advertising sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Be Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
