In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with Facilities Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering managers to craft and execute a robust maintenance strategy encompassing preventive, predictive, and corrective measures for the Electrical maintenance team.
Your direct supervision of the skilled electrical technicians and electricians will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our state-of-the-art facility.
As a role model and advocate, you will champion safety and quality by driving continuous improvement initiatives across processes, policies, and procedures. Your unwavering commitment to reliability programs will guarantee uninterrupted electrical services that power our facility's success.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of applicable experience directly managing a team of skilled electrical technicians in an industrial setting;
An extensive knowledge of industrial electrical systems and advance troubleshooting capability;
Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers & vendors in support of electrical systems maintenance and repairs;
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and design documents, which includes maintaining instrument as-built documentation
Proficiency with computers and software to include Microsoft Office suite of products, SCADA, and CMMS applications;
