Responsibilities:
Collaborates closely with Project Managers and Construction Managers to align efforts with the overarching project schedule.
Engages in communication with subcontractors and suppliers to manage schedules, ensuring alignment with the overall project schedule. Orchestrates the coordination of tasks across various disciplines, consistently planning and organizing the workflow in advance.
Supports Construction Managers and Project Managers in overseeing other project personnel, such as Project Engineers, SHE Coordinators, and more, providing assistance as needed in their supervision and management.
Qualifications:
MS Office experience required, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
