Direct Hire Executive Assistant

We are delighted to be partnered with our Cleveland client to identify a dynamic Executive Assistant, who will be directly supporting the CEO. Some of your responsibilities:
  • Provides sophisticated calendar management for the CEO while prioritizing inquiries and requests and troubleshooting conflicts. Serve as the gatekeeper for the CEO and management team.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, conference or video calls, speaking engagements, and interviews, taking initiative to ensure the appropriate materials are available in advance of appointments
  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the executive's office and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
  • Completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, emails, and other tasks that facilitate the executive's ability to effectively lead the company.
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, and proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Makes all travel arrangements and plans for all details of such.
  • Maintain a presence in the office to effectively communicate necessary information to the executive; must be able to accurately identify what information is "necessary"
  • Manages many aspects of the executive's professional life in an anticipatory manner that meets the expectations of the executive and allows them to focus on corporate productivity.
  • Play a key role in supporting company participation in several conferences each year, including preparation of marketing materials and coordination of delivery to the offsite location
  • Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team, including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending meetings.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • 5 plus years of experience providing support to C-suite
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Personable, courteous, and confident in all interactions
  • Self-management and problem-solving skills
  • A team player mentality
  • Ability to safeguard confidential information
