Heritage Hall Rich Creek is looking for a Business Office Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to assist with a variety of business office duties in a busy 120-bed nursing facility.

Qualifications:


  • Human Resource and Business Office Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
  • Must be a notary or eligible to become a notary
  • Valid driver's license
  • Answer the telephone and greet visitors
  • Office tasks
  • Prepare regular account deposit
  • Petty Cash handout
  • Balance RFMS box
  • Process all facility accounts payable invoices/transactions.
  • Serve as the Backup Resident Fund Custodian and manage the resident fund account.
  • Assist the Business Office Manager with Accounts Receivable duties, including verifying insurance benefits, processing the daily census, and following up on outstanding accounts.
