Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse



Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health RN sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule will be 5x8 day shifts Monday-Friday, and the coverage area will be San Jose. There is a minimum 30 points per 40 hours week for productivity.



Minimum Requirements:

• CA RN license


• BLS


• Must have at least 12 months home health experience
