The Product Manager, Neurology EEG is the SME for assigned product lines, directly managing product, positioning, pricing, and placement. Primary responsibility for this position is the EEG portfolio. Working with cross functional stakeholders and supporting sales.
Essential Functioms and Main Duties
Technical and financial product management of assigned product lines: responsible for pricing and margins, technical administration, promotional activities, new product launches, competitive monitoring and position, long-range forecasting.
Definition of product and product line enhancements: establish market requirements, define specifications, fulfill Marketing contributions to the Product Development Process. Assist in development and implementation of product line plan. Establish product position, develop marketing requirements, validations, beta sites.
Market analysis including define market segments, growth, trends, competitive definition, and design implementation of marketing plans.
With the Product Development Team, set specifications for new product development and product enhancements to meet identified customer needs.
Manage the Product Development Process from Design Input to Obsolescence.
Provide sales tools and training material tailored to channel requirements.
Determine and communicate product positioning and the promotional message.
Monitor the sales process and profitability.
Monitor departmental and divisional quality measures.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Qualifications
Education / Certification / Expereince Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences or related discipline; degree in business or marketing, relevant education and experience accepted in lieu of degree
Clinical credentials are preferred
5+ years of experience in clinical applications
Prior experience in marketing preferred
Level and compensation depends on experience, education and skills

Analytical skills are paramount in translating customer desires to product specifications.
High level of understanding product applications and operating conditions.
Constant interdepartmental communication requires very strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong market presence and contact with key thought leaders and business figures.
Knowledge and skill in office computing, including spreadsheets, financial modeling and presentation software and e-mail capability
Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing, and to receive and understand verbal and written instructions in English
Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Compensation
The anticipated range for this position is $75,000 to $103,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, experience and location.

Working Conditions
Schedule: The regular hours for this full-time position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, unless otherwise stated by the department manager. Holiday, weekend, and evening work hours may be required. Regular hours may vary due to the needs of the organization or department and are subject to change at any time at the Company's discretion.
Physical: Generally, may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 20 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision, and 2-way written/verbal communication in English. More specific details may be provided as needed or requested.
Travel: Approximately 25-50%
Access to Customer Sites: It is an essential function of this position to perform duties in healthcare facilities, and to achieve the necessary vendor credentialing. As part of this process, it is typically required to provide proof of vaccinations (including for COVID-19), and related personal medical information, and to comply with other criteria as needed to be able to work at customer sites. Typical vendor credentialing expenses will be paid/reimbursed by the Company.
