Main duties will include:
Meet and greet clients on arrival
Build relationships with clients to exceed expectations and gain loyalty
Provide our clients with the best possible experience, ensuring they are always happy when leaving the salon no matter the situation
Make customer delight the main objective of each day
Ensure Townhouse standards are kept to the highest level and delivered with consistency
Motivative and encourage nail artists to exceed in their role
Supervise and guide all employees to ensure the company policies and protocols are adhered to
Create a positive and highly motivated working environment that promotes and develops teamwork
Required Skills:
Experience in luxury customer service e.g. hospitality, beauty, airlines
Experience dealing with VIP clients
Exceptional level of emotional intelligence to understand and listen to our client's needs
Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities
Impeccable communication skills, with the ability to deal with clients from all over the world
Full time, inclusive of weekends
