Job Description:

The ideal candidate is a friendly and inviting, detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also assist with planning and organizing meetings, calls and events- including employee appreciation activities and general office support.

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Distribute mail
  • Act as first point of contact for visitors

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or relevant work experience
  • 2+ years administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
