Our Client, A Innovative Health Care Company dedicated to providing versatile medical solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to join their team in Boston MA!
ONSITE IN BOSTON MA 5x A WEEK (Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm)
This is a 3 Month W2 Contract to Hire position!
You will represent the face of the client and help their customers enhance productivity of their laboratory processes by delivering effective customer support.
Responsibilities:
Provide troubleshooting, repair, and qualification services for customers including warranty services
Enhance product quality by proactively reporting improvement opportunities
Install, maintain, validate, and repair Waters Mass Spec, Waters UPLC , and Agilent HPLC instrumentation within customer dept
Maintain assigned assets including tools, test equipment (MTE), telecommunication equipment, assigned service parts inventory
Proactively develop technical and soft skills to maintain and enhance value
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred
5+ years of direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment
