Seeking a highly organized Executive/Personal Assistant to support the senior management for a Health and Wellness company. Ensuring the day-to-day administrative and personal tasks are running smoothly and efficiently. A very fast paced environment with a lot of diversity and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Calendar management for the executives
Handle incoming calls, emails, and filtering crucial information to the executives
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as requested by executives.
Draft slides, meeting notes, agenda preparation, taking minutes, and following up on action items
Assist with personal tasks for the executives
Organize corporate events, meetings, and conferences
Travel as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
