Job Description:

Mission:

The Fulfillment Technician will be responsible for assisting in the picking, packing, and preparing of our device hardware. They will also be responsible for the more technical changes required to ensure product compliance with certification and regulatory bodies. The quality of the products to support project implementations is held to the highest of standards as CenTrak's infrastructure is running processes in top healthcare institutions. The individual will work to ensure that all actions meet the quality standard outlined by the departmental SOPs. Fulfillment Representatives must be meticulous, diligent and regimented, and demonstrate the ability to deliver consistent and thorough work. This position reports directly to the Supervisor, Fulfillment Services.

Responsibilities
  • Calibrate and certify Environmental Monitoring products
  • Technical recalibration of other products as required by order type
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting quality or functionality issues to the Fulfillment and Engineering teams
  • Assist with product inventory, receiving, handling, storage, inspection, preparation, and shipping.
  • Responsible for compiling and assembling hardware to fulfill customer orders
  • Follow SOPs and produce thorough and consistent documentation when required
  • Analyze data and report results
  • General shipping and receiving tasks
  • Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Fulfillment Services

Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in electronics, logistics or a related field is preferred. High School diploma is acceptable with supporting experience and certifications.

2-4+ years in an external fulfillment testing environment or minimum one year as Fulfillment Representative within CenTrak.

2+ years of experience in MS Office- especially strong Excel skills

  • Strong organization skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Demonstrate knowledge of computers and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work with a variety of hardware and software
  • Ability to analyze and logically troubleshoot defective products
  • Must be highly detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently once trained
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Ability to understand the technical details of the product
  • Overtime as needed
