We're excited to continue solidifying that foundation as we are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our growing team in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Executive Assistant role is responsible for supporting the day to day and routine needs of the Executive Vice President & President - Retail Segment. Responsibilities will include supporting routine assignments and tasks to be alignment with the company and department's strategic plans and policies. This role will be critical in connecting and communicating with retail teammates and leaders within the business, as well as supporting communications and reports for executives, clients and external stakeholders. This role is an integral position, requiring an adaptive and discrete professional, to support the team's productivity and effectiveness through concise communications, coordination, and strong organization.

General Responsibilities:
  • Read and draft responses to email and correspondences, screening calls and responding as necessary.
  • Manage and prepare responses for email, letters and other communications.
  • Manage, implement, and coordinate the department's operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between teammates, executives, and team leaders.
  • Complete general administrative tasks and projects, including contacting/preparing correspondence to, or responding to, high-ranking individuals from large national or international firms.
  • Manage general office operations such as: coordinating visitor logistics, assisting with internal office communication, supplies management and other duties as assigned.
  • Prepare corporate presentations and other documents as requested by the Retail Segment President.
  • Prepare routine and one-off presentation materials and reports.
  • Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership and business success.
  • Oversee administration of departmental and/or cross-functional projects and initiatives, as assigned.
  • Focus on departmental coordination and administration, corporate communications, and strategic enterprise planning.
  • Create systems and processes to streamline operations.
  • Plan, coordinates and develop content for executive and enterprise-wide presentations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Able to work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Able to travel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in a similar or project administrative role.
  • 2+ years working in a professional environment with routine interaction with senior level leaders.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
