Position Overview:
U.S. Light Energy in Latham, NY, a leading solar project developer, is currently seeking a highly motivated and self-reliant individual to serve as Executive Assistant. The person in this role is primarily responsible for supporting the Executive Team to facilitate efficient and effective collaboration among all teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Executive), supporting the company's business development goals, and performing a variety of administrative duties as needed. The Executive Assistant will work out of our office in Latham, NY and may be asked to travel on rare occasions for meetings, events, or errands as necessary. References will be required.
Primary Job Functions:
Note taking and tracking of recurring meetings
Task tracking
Scheduling and travel arrangements
Correspondence, written and telephone
Communications with external partners
Assist with the processing of inbound leads
Additional Job Functions:
Assist with special projects as needed
Occasional off-site errands
Minimum Qualifications:

Proven performance in a customer-facing, service-oriented, or other comparable role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Publisher, etc.
Proficiency in creating presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Sway, Publisher, etc.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and additional education is welcomed
Clean driving record
Desirable Qualifications:
Extensive experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
Experience with videoconferencing platforms like ZOOM, Microsoft TEAMS, Google Meet, etc.
Successful experience communicating and collaborating with people of varying personality types and work styles
Previous experience or a background in Renewable Energy, Legal, Real Estate, Utilities, or Telecommunications
Experience with IT-related projects, or familiarity with IT vocabulary
Desire to further personal development through education, training, industry events and conferences
