Insight Global is hiring for a Project Manager to sit 100% onsite in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunication company. This Project Manager is joining the Customer Operations organization, specifically within the Outage Management team. This Project Manager will be joining a team comprised of 10-15 individuals that work on quicker outage detection before customers are aware of the outage. When outage is generated, we automatically deliver proactive notifications along with estimated repair times via customers preferred method of communication. On a day-to-day basis, this Project Manager will be working alongside other Project/Program Managers and a data analyst on executing this roll out to customers. This person will utilize PM processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, meeting executive standards, project tracking, creating project plans, and creating PowerPoint decks to present to stakeholders and executives. This project manager is required to be onsite 5x a week.
