About the Role



We are seeking a talented and experienced Leader of Global Mobility Product Leader to join our team. As the Leader of Global Mobility Product, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and leveraging data analytics to optimize our global mobility programs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our global mobility strategies.



Roles & Responsibilities



  • Define the vision and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Global Mobility technology by partnering with internal and external stakeholders; developing and applying analytical tools, approaches, and techniques used in the design and operation of mobility systems and integrated solutions with People Technology.

  • Developing and enhancing products -align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable projects, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.

  • Work with Engineering and Operations teams to improve and develop core platform features, monitor, and manage key API's, manage vendor integrations, and more.

  • Lead integrations with internal and external partners by serving as the primary technical point of contact and provide technical thought-leadership ensuring a scalable solution.

  • Lead the strategy, concept, feature, and functionality definition, development, and launch of platform operations products both in-house and with strategic partners.

  • Become an expert on Global Mobility systems and how the Global Mobility suite of applications integrates across all platforms.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate and document the product requirements.

  • Research on trends and patterns in market.

  • Own the data analytics and reporting track for our team.

  • Manage Global Mobility technology budget and make data/ROI-driven decisions.

  • Own the project delivery against plan and targets, results and KPIs.

  • Build, motivate and lead direct and cross-functional teams, leveraging trust-based relationships to deliver an efficient operating model.

  • Providing overall direction by analyzing business goals and customer needs.




Profile




Peer Leader: Looking for an individual with proven success on team management and healthy team and stakeholder environments. The role requires people leadership and will need to partner with several cross functional teams both within Walmart and vendors across operations, product, and tech.

Data Expertise: Global Mobility operations for Walmart generates a lot of data and this role requires some data expertise, the ability to pull and data mine independently and to guide the data analyst in the team, to be able to drive key decision-making processes for the team. The role requires the ability to analyze big data sets and extract key insights for policy design and leadership reporting.



Technical Expertise: This role interacts with over 10 tech products, including Walmart internal products and some from external product/service vendors, which are complex in nature due to the scale of Walmart's Mobility program. This role will require a deep level of understanding of the architecture of these individual systems and their integrations, where applicable.



Required Skills:



  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate into business impact/requirements.

  • Experience launching products in HR/People space and data analytics space.

  • Experience successfully launching and integrating enterprise SaaS software.

  • Knowledge of implementing APIs, hands-on with product implementation, and integrations.

  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and bias towards speed.

  • Effective communicator and collaborator.

  • User-centric product management approach.

  • Desire and ability to connect with our external or internal customers to fully understand their needs and build long lasting relationships.

  • Overall understanding of technologies used in the product and experience working with Data Analysts and Data Architects.




Preferred Experience



  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent

  • 8+ years of experience in product management in HR or people space, or related field

  • MBA/Masters ideal but not required.

  • Prior people management experience strongly preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
