BCforward is seeking an OCM Project Manager to support their pharmaceutical client in Indianapolis.

Location: Indianapolis, IN/hybrid
Overview: The Change Management Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving organizational change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and implementation of new processes, systems, and strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in change management methodologies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop a change management strategy and plan.
Build a stakeholder analysis and communicate the need for change to those stakeholders.
Identify and manage resistance to change.
Provide support to users to help them adapt to the change.
Visualize the Portfolio Roadmap
Provide training and support to users to help them adapt to the change (this will not be included in our work order)
Establish and monitor KPIs so we can see progress made
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Organizational Psychology, or related field with commensurate experience
Strong understanding of change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate stakeholders at all levels
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
