Responsibilities:
Manage and control assigned projects, overseeing field operations, site safety, productivity, schedule, work quality, and coordination of trade contractors and suppliers.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to lead the project team effectively.
Work in conjunction with the owner and design team to ensure project success.
Handle projects with scopes generally less than $75 million or occasionally designated components on large, complex projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a construction superintendent in the healthcare sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
