Job Description

The objective of the Project Manager position is the accountability for the planning, executing, and closing of projects within specified deadlines and budget constraints. The Project Manager will confirm and communicate the clients' requirements and lead the effort to resolve issues to ensure that project goals are successfully completed.

Location - This position will work out of our main production facility in West Chester, PA

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans that outline the required scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Takes ownership as the primary point of contact for the clients' orders.
  • Facilitate clear, proactive communications with clients and internal stakeholders in Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing Departments.
  • Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively manage and resolve issues that may arise during the project.
  • Management: Monitor project timelines and milestones, and adjust, as necessary, to keep the project on track.
  • Management: Monitor and control project budgets. Ensure that projects are delivered within financial constraints and invoices are processed as milestones are achieved.
  • Management: Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Assess the impact of changes and communicate effectively with relevant parties.
  • Keep accurate records of project milestones, decisions, and changes. Prepare reports, as needed, for clients, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Closeout: Lead the closeout of project by ensuring financial reconciliation, final invoicing, As Built drawings submitted, and OEM Manuals submitted, and coordinate with Field Service on start-up and commissioning requirements and scheduling.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Project Management experience in Electrical Construction or Electrical Manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a history of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skills: Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve problems that may arise during the project.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and unexpected challenges.
  • computer skills with fluency in Office, Teams, Excel, and Word
