We are looking for a Program Manager with the following skills:
Job Description:
The Program Manager is responsible for detailed planning, coordination with technology, product, and business stakeholders, and execution of large-scale client projects.
Effectively plan and manage multiple projects running in parallel.
Work with the various teams in planning and execution of projects.
Identify resolutions for project issues and the mitigation of identified risks.
Ability to communicate to client key stakeholders. Monitor and report out of overall project status and cross-team dependencies.
Take corrective actions as needed. Work with stakeholders to manage and execute User Acceptance Testing.
Interact with client Business & Technical Leads, Data Architects, other leads, team members, Sr. Implementation Managers as required to support the projects.
Analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to analyze technical and business issues and provide resolution options.
Ability to leverage background and experience to develop new and/or revise existing solutions and approaches.
As appropriate, deliver regular management updates or large-scale presentations to key stakeholders
A minimum of 5 years of experience in development and implementation of software applications. Attributes we value:
