My client is a full-service Mechanical HVAC Subcontractor in business over 70 years! They take part in all aspects, from design-build, to installation, and service / maintenance, being one of NYC's leaders in HVAC projects. With over 150 current employees, they pride themselves on their minimal turnover in recent years.
This role is to be Assistant Project Manager, assisting their handful of Project Managers across multiple active projects from the office.
Responsibilities
Manage all project documentation
Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
Assist the Project Managers with RFI's, submittals, change orders & more
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
1 - 2 years' of relevant experience
Strong organizational skills
