As a Project Manager with E2I Solutions, you will provide dedicated technical expertise, logistical support, and product driven solutions for multiple customer projects simultaneously. A successful candidate will meet the minimum expectations and requirements as defined by E2I Solutions.
Expectations:
Manage customer projects from start to finish including purchase order entry, developing procurement logs, tracking shipping schedules, generating estimated billing projections, managing project specific inventory, assembling change orders, resolving daily issues, facilitating submittals, coordinating trade specific RFIs, etc.
Analyze technical specification data and collaborate with project teams by suggesting compatible product solutions that comply with all project specifications and applicable regulations.
Complete necessary material take-offs from drawing packages to facilitate effective communication of product changes, additions, and deletions.
Coordinate and schedule logistical activities including inbound receiving and outbound shipping to ensure the integrity of the supply chain from purchase order to final delivery at the construction site.
Remotely monitor and control project inventory utilizing E2I Solutions inventory management system to ensure product availability in line with contract specifications and demand-driven inventory practices.
Ensure accuracy in the interface between client specifications including electrical plans, fixture schedules, and product data sheets.
Ensure timely procurement, transfer, and release of material according to Material Take Off, Bill of Materials, submittals, and construction schedules.
Ensure timely responses with accurate information to satisfy customer requirements, challenges, issues, and information requests. Accept full ownership of all post sales activities of assigned projects including effective resolution to customer concerns and encourage customer loyalty to E2I Solutions.
Thoroughly understand all product capabilities, features, and benefits as well as market conditions, product warranties and company specific service offerings to maintain E2I Solutions' ongoing business value proposition to customers utilizing specialized knowledge in products related to lighting systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Construction Science, Industrial Distribution, and related discipline or equivalent experience highly preferred.
Prior project management experience with commercial and/or industrial products, from manufacturing or distribution background.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with lighting products and electrical trades.
Effective user of ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oasis, and SAP.
Knowledge of lighting and electrical component manufacturers including product lines, pricing strategies, and local/regional market players.
Ability to travel to customer offices and construction sites.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with customers and suppliers at the highest level.
Strong customer service orientation, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Time management skills, the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
Flexibility, the ability to effectively adapt and reprioritize daily.
History of successfully leveraging innovative and unique customer solutions and services to gain market share and enhance profitability.
