Key Responsibilities
Administrative sales support to assist with order entries
Account management including answering questions about orders from a handful of ongoing sales accounts
Update information about accounts or about sales orders
Work as a liaison between the sales team and the clients
Assist with other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
Attention to detail, ability to identify discrepancies
At least 1 year of recent experience working in an administrative or clerical position with similar responsibilities
Experience communicating with clients and sales accounts
Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft office
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
Compensation and Hours
This is an hourly position paying about $16-17/hr depending on experience
Hours for this position are 7:30 am to 4 pm
This is an in-person, full time, temp-to-perm position in Baltimore
