Key Responsibilities:
Transfer hard copy documentation to electronic files via scanning and saving in electronic filing structure.
Scans documents from hard copy to electronic version using desktop scanner.
Saves files to appropriate folder.
Uses established naming conventions to appropriately and accurately name files.
Verifies completeness and accuracy of work ensuring documents are scanned and saved in their entirety.
Strong attention to detail.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Basic computer skills.
