Must have a minimum of 5 years experience teaching in Special Ed. or a related field, Masters degree in Spec. Ed. or related field, must possess supervisory certification, knowledge of Spec. Ed. law, disabilities, programmatic needs of students, and current trends and techniques in the field. Must also possess excellent leadership, communication, computer skills and conflict resolution skills. Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
