We seek a licensed clinician for a full-time position in our Knoxville, Tennessee, location.
If you are located in Knoxville, TN, you will have the flexibility to work hybrid, as well as work in the the Bearden Behavioral Health Clinic
Primary Responsibilities:
Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
Licensure as LPC/MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT for the state of Tennessee
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, groups, and families
Solid computer and basic technology skills
Demonstrated history of professional growth and development
Proven self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients
Preferred Qualifications:
Clinicians with EMDR experience will be favorably considered
Experience with children or adolescents
Experience with couples counseling
Experience with health psychology
Proven competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
