Job Description:

The Space Management Operations Leader will ensuring that all task have been executed in a timely, safe and quality based methodology.

The Lead will work directly with the ESFM SM Operations lead to insure all day-to-day activities associated with the support of large and small interior space design and operations for onsite employees and staff. SM Operation Lead will receive guidance on cubicle furniture and private office space design for routine moves and company relocations. In Addition, this person will assist with coordination, placement and relocation of items such as chairs, bookcases, file cabinets, and tables that are typically requested and set furniture configuration standards. The Space Management Operations Lead will work with and support cross-functional teams, including team members from individual business units, to achieve targeted milestones including but not limited to:
• Support intercompany relocations by following CAD drawings of current and new layouts along with standard supplies required with interior moves.
• Responsible for training new and current installers (based) on Workplace Solutions work instructions.
• Coordinate with WS (Workplace Solutions) team on cubicle and desk layouts, cubicle reconfigurations, furniture Keys/locks services, System furniture & Ancillary furniture inventory, Wall/Display Signage maintenance/repair, blind repair/maintenance, onsite/offsite storage inventory, organization, and furniture requests.
• High degree of customer service with clients and internal employees.

• Will train in Austin but will relocate to Taylor, TX expectation is required.
• 4~5 years of minimum work experience in similar design consultancy services, corporate interiors and/or workplace operations. Knowledge of the tech industry is preferred.
• Expertise in space planning, user research, facilitation, design strategy, and space programming.
• Comfortable driving decisions in a fast-paced, open, collaborative environment.
• High degree of flexibility and the ability to communicate, collaborate, problem solve and multi-task independently. Ability to adapt to change when necessary.
• Understands job requirement responsibilities and able to effectively communicate task to other installers.
• Willingness to learn computer-aided facility management systems preferred.
• Uses sound judgement to escalate issues that may impact safety, quality and productivity.
• High degree of customer service with clients and internal employees.
• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD 2021.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Planning, Design OR other relevant field and at least 4~5 years of facilities management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
