Responsibilities:
Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts during month-end close
Conduct financial analyses and generate reports for management
Handle payroll processing and state/tax filings coordination
Assist with HR functions as necessary
Support annual budgeting/forecasting efforts
Aid in external audit preparations and SEC filings
Assist with SOX documentation and testing
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
3+ years of public/private accounting experience
CPA designation or working towards it preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks is advantageous
