Pay Range: $20 - $27/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Map out training plans for team resources and assign training within systems as appropriate.
Document training processes and associated materials.
Select appropriate training methods or activities.
Communicate available training and required steps to employees and provide necessary information as required.
Partner with team and other stakeholders to ensure training needs are met as required.
Maintain updated database and training records as appropriate.
Host train-the-trainer sessions as needed.
Facilitate training and PI sessions via virtual tools such as ZOOM and Teams.
Request user system access post training confirmation for users.
Performa additional training operation tasks as needed to support program learning needs
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Experience Project, Coordinator or similar role is a plus.
Familiar with learning management systems and gamification platforms, systems and web environments (examples include Cornerstone (SUMMIT) and Axonify).
MS Office proficiency required.
Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
Strong communication skills; proactive team player.
