The General Manager, reporting directly to the Resident District Manager, holds duties related to day-to-day operations of a Company account. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and ensures outstanding food quality and strong customer service skills. Key Responsibilities:
Supervises all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
Leads overall day to day operations of the account
Conducts HR functions including hiring, counseling, terminations
Coordinates scheduling, payroll and team training
Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
Works with the Chef and management team in crafting menus and providing top quality food
Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications:
Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
Five years of foodservice operation experience
High volume production and catering experience is crucial
Previous experience running a budget
Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
