Job Description: • Map out training plans for team resources and assign training within systems as appropriate. • Document training processes and associated materials • Select appropriate training methods or activities. • Communicate available training and required steps to employees and provide necessary information as required • Partner with team and other stakeholders to ensure training needs are met as required • Maintain updated database and training records as appropriate • Host train-the-trainer sessions as needed • Facilitate training and PI sessions via virtual tools such as ZOOM and Teams. • Request user system access post training confirmation for users. • Performa additional training operation tasks as needed to support program learning needs. skills • Experience Project, Coordinator or similar role is a plus • Familiar with learning management systems and gamification platforms, systems and web environments (examples include Cornerstone (SUMMIT) and Axonify) • MS Office proficiency required • Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments. • Strong communication skills; proactive team player
Experience: • The role will be HYBRID (at least 3 days onsite) • Regular work hours 8am-5pm • Does NOT require a Bachelor's Degree • Will assist with the Training Process • Must be Proficient in EXCEL (VLookups and XLookups) • Must be familiar with SmartSheet • They are assisting with moving a manual process over to automated • Must have at least 2 years of experience • Must be very Organized and detail oriented • LMS (Learning Mgmt Systems) experience "preferred"
