TRG Manufacturing Search Division is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a top commercial equipment manufacturer. This role is crucial for factory production and continuous process improvement efforts, especially considering the complex nature of their product mix, production volume, and variable schedules. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
Prior experience in Manufacturing Engineering, particularly in fabrication/assembly manufacturing
Track record of success in executing cost reduction projects
Formal training in Lean methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, PDCA) preferred, with classical industrial engineering skills as a bonus
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with ERP systems and AutoCAD for jig and fixture design
